Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States. We’re a small, family-owned business, and we do our best to get your collection finds on their way to you as quickly as possible.

Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–8 business days of being placed.

We primarily ship orders through USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

When tracking is available for the shipping method used, we’ll provide tracking information with your order. Not all shipping methods or packages may include tracking.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your order is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll review the situation on a case-by-case basis and, when appropriate, may open an inquiry with the carrier. Depending on the circumstances and availability of the item, we may reship the same item if it is still in stock or issue a refund.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos of the damaged product and the packaging as it arrived to help us evaluate the claim. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to request additional information or documentation before issuing a replacement or refund.

We’ll review the damage and work with you to determine the best way to make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
